The team at Radar Hill has been serving the Victoria real estate community for over ten years. We develop products and services for REALTORS® to best service the needs of their property buyers and sellers.

Over five years ago REALTORS® asked us for an automated way to search through and match up their buyers with properties for sale. We developed SideCar - Simplified Inventory Data Evaluation Cruise and Auto-Retrieval - to search the entire Victoria Real Estate Board Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) database of property listings, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for their client's criteria. When a property match is found, buyers and REALTORS® are notified, by email, pager, and/or text message. To date over 1.7 million SideCar matches have been done for four thousand house seeking clients.
