100's/1000's of matches can occur because of vary 'open' search criteria and/or the length of some of your clients having been in the system.

VREB is ready to implement a policy change where only active listings and listings that have changed from that status within the last 14 days can remain in a Client's list of matches.

If this is not the case please report any details you can to our office.
